The amazon arc necklace was made in memory and respect for the long-gone amazon tribes which were warrior women and their main weapon was the arc.

In some of the mythological stories about them Hippocrates describes them- “They have no right breasts…for while they are yet babies their mothers make red-hot bronze instrument constructed for this very purpose and apply it to the right breast and cauterize it so that its growth is arrested, and all its strength and bulk are diverted to the right shoulder and right arm- All of that to become the best archers.”
