Returns & Exchanges

60-day return window All returns and exchanges must be requested within 60 days of placing your order. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges after this period.

Condition of returned items All items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet this requirement.

Return shipping costs Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit. The only exception is if you received a wrong or defective item — in that case, we will cover the return shipping cost in full and issue a coupon for the inconvenience.

Exchange shipping If you’re exchanging an item, we’ve got the outbound shipping covered. Once we receive your return, we’ll send your new item to you at no extra charge.

Exchanges If the item you’d like to exchange for is available, we’ll ship your replacement at no extra charge. If it’s out of stock, we’ll issue store credit instead.

Refunds Refunds are issued for the item value only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

In Israel? Even easier — just contact us and we’ll arrange a pickup or swap directly. No need to worry about anything.

International Shipping

Processing time Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Please note that orders placed from Thursday afternoon through Saturday night will be processed from Sunday morning (Israel time).

Standard International Shipping We ship via regular postal service. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is handed to your national postal service for customs processing and delivery. Estimated delivery time is 2–8 weeks, though delays at customs can occasionally extend this to up to 10 weeks. Please note that detailed tracking is not available for standard shipping.

Express Shipping Express options with full tracking are available at checkout.

Customs & Taxes

European Union Plazmalab products are manufactured in Israel using 100% cotton. Under the Israel–EU trade agreement, our products qualify for tax-free import. You will only be charged your country’s standard VAT rate — nothing more. If your local post office attempts to charge additional duties, do not accept it. Contact us and we’ll help you resolve it.

United States Good news — for all orders shipped to the United States, we cover the import duties and taxes on our end. No surprise fees when your package arrives.

Other countries Customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. Please check with your local customs office for details. Plazmalab does not charge any additional taxes on our sales.
